Registered Clinical Counsellor in Port Moody

Michelle brings over 12 years experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor to her practice of helping individuals and couples discover new possibilities and avenues for growth. She carefully creates safe spaces for people to face the areas of their lives in which they feel afraid, ashamed, stagnant or stuck.

Michelle works collaboratively with her clients to map out goals that will help them to take leaps, shed stories that no longer serve them and to attain a greater sense of balance in their lives.

Michelle helps clients to reconnect with strengths they already possess, tap into their creativity and test out some new strategies.

Michelle is pleased to have chosen Port Moody as her new home after living in Vancouver for most of her life. She believes in the therapeutic value of spending time with animals and enjoying the great outdoors. She has been a dog-sitter for many years and can often be found hiking or kayaking on her days off.

Some of the best conversations Michelle has had have been over a cup of tea. She will be happy to put the kettle on for you.
